In a jar, put fresh lavender and add 1 liter of cold-pressed olive oil. Close the jar and let it stay for 30 days at a room temperature or under direct sunlight. After 30 days, strain the oil and apply it on the affected place.
You can promote better sleep by applying a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow. Moreover, you can use this oil topically to treat skin issues.
