You can prepare a yellow banana tea. Put the ripe banana skin in a pot and add water. Boil for ten minutes. Strain the mixture and drink it either plain or with milk.

You can also prepare a banana smoothie. Use two teaspoons of cinnamon, two unpeeled ripe bananas, and ¾ cup of unsweetened coconut milk, ice, and protein powder (this is optional). Place all these ingredients into a blender and mix them until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and add the mustard seeds. Then add the black-eyed peas and the boiled skins and cook the mixture for five minutes. Remove it from the heat and then stir in the coconut. Finally, add salt and lime juice.
