Mix a teaspoon of dried salvia leaves, a teaspoon of dried rosemary and a teaspoon of laurel leaves. Pour the mixture with 500 ml of hot water. Let it stay for half an hour and then strain it. Add a teaspoon of raw honey for taste. Consume the tea during the day.
Salvia tea to treat seborrhea
Pour a teaspoon of dried salvia leaves with 200 ml of hot water. Cover it and let it stay for half an hour. Then, strain the tea. Soak a cotton ball in the tea and apply it on the affected place. Let it stay for 15 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of propolis and ½ a teaspoon of baking soda in lukewarm water and mix it well. Rinse the affected place with this mixture.
Salvia and Tilia anti-aging tea
Mix 1 teaspoon of tilia and 1 teaspoon of salvia. Pour the mixture with 200 ml of hot water. Let it stay for 10 minutes and then strain it. Consume the tea before going to bed.
Salvia syrup to help cleanse the respiratory tract and treat asthma and bronchitis
In a pot, pour 1 liter of water and add 200 grams of dried salvia and 10 laurel leaves. Let it boil, until the amount of water reduces to 700 ml, and then strain it. After that, add 5 chopped lemons to it and cook it on low heat. Let it boil for 5 minutes and then add 2 teaspoons of honey. Store the syrup in jars and consume 1 teaspoon, 3 – 4 times a day.
